Brief introduction of your research experience:

I have been always dedicating to research on the management of technological innovation and organizational behavior. Relevant over 20 papers have been published in leading journals at home and abroad like "Contemporary Economics", "Journal of Industrial Technological Economics" and "Science & Technology Management Research". Also, I have hosted and participated in more than 20 projects in major programme, including "National Natural Science Foundation of China","National Social Science Foundation of China","Social Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province","Philosophy & Social Science of Universities of Jiangsu Province", and Nanjin's key projects in the early stage of"13th Five-Year Plan(2016-20)"&"14th Five-Year Plan(2021-25)" I have attended over 20 academic exchange conferences both at home and abroad and joined the compilation of 2 textbooks. Furthermore, I was once honored "2nd Prize of the 9th Excellent Achievement in Philosophy & Social Science of Jiangsu Province" via the paper"Special Research Report on Exploitation of Areas along Rivers in Jiangsu Province"and was awarded "2nd Prize of Academic Papers on Environmental Impact Assessment of Jiangsu Province" as well. At present, I am one of panel members for"Development and Reform Commission"of Nanjing as well as Gulou District, which belongs to Nanjing, and a panelist for"Jiangsu Brand Association".A number of horizontal projects of Science & Technology for Nanjing and Gulou District is assumed by me as well. For a long time, I am providing planning work in the fields of Science & Technology for provincial, municipal and district government departments. Besides, my efforts also contribute to the academic foundation of current hot issue"Responsible Innovation".

Speech Title: Research on system and environment of service economy for acceleration

Abstract: As economy gradually becomes stable, we are now living in the"post-pandemic" era with regular epidemic prevention. At this time, the system design and environment protection of service economy, springing from its structure's transformation, optimization and improvement, determine the steadiness of national economy. Based on in-depth study of sample district's current situation, opportunities and challenges on service economy, our research conducts an effective analysis of system defects and environment problems. After consulting experience of home and abroad, we suggest that the system and environment should be improved from four aspects – institution, mechanism, policy and circumstances, so as to promote the sound and steady development of service economy.
